More "whoppers" from Oma Hamou Miss Thang
Oma Hamou Miss Thang now former playah still keeps spewin her dis-information bigtime. Of course, its all still through her boyfriend psycho alter ego "Mike Newson" so slippery ole has been Oma Hamou stays out of legal trouble.
She has been literally screaming the same stuff over and over, on this sham blog she pretends is by someone else, about how Bob Atchison, the guy who won a lawsuit against her has been "defrauding" the public by operating his company while his corporation was "suspended" from doing business. Well, a simple phone call showed this to be totally untrue. I called the Texas Secretary of State's office, a very nice lady first said that Pallasart Web Ventures, Atchison's company, is now in good standing, and that it was temporarily "in forfeiture" by the Texas Comptroller's office. SO, I dialed on up the Texas Comptroller's, 512-475-0479, and a pleasant fellow told me that Pallasart was in good standing with them, and that the file showed that they had not filed an annual report on time, and had owed like $250 in taxes as a result, but that it was all cleared up. This didn't sound like some major deal to me. So I asked the guy if it was true as Hamou claimed that Pallasart was "prohibited" from doing business while in this "forfeiture" for failing to file that report. He said and I quote "Absolutely NOT. They had every legal right to keep doing business, nothing was wrong with them doing business, charging customers, etc. It only affected the Corporate standing with the State of Texas, but IN NO WAY was wrong for them to keep doing business with the public. Anyone who said they were "defrauding the public" would be totally wrong." Don't believe me? He said they would be glad to explain this to ANYONE who cared to call and ask them. Drop a quarter or two and see for yourself. there's the number.
On this same blog, Oma Hamou Miss thang, in a rare appearance under her own name, says: "Enigma & Sarskaia are real companies with real projects – companies that have vision and values, companies that people are proud to work for and with, companies whose employees and those who worked as an independent contractor worked very hard to do the right thing each and every day they came to work"
WEEELLLLL, I did a little checking myself. I took her statement about having employees, and called the California Franchise Tax Board and IRS, also checked up on KnowX.com. Seems Oma Hamou Miss Thang, Enigma Films, AND Sarskaia all do not have any employer Tax ID numbers nor report any employees on their taxes. Sound familiar? look at the Dunn & Bradstreet where she told THEM she had employees too,but didn't.
I had called The State Museum at Tsarskoe Selo a while back too, yeah, so I dropped a couple of bucks, spoke to a really nice lady named Louisa who spoke perfect english. She told me that this Oma Hamou WAS really a Playah over there. She had no projects there, no offices, she made LOTS of promises to LOTS of folks, and did almost nothing. She gave them "a little money" her words, to have some scaffolding removed, but failed to follow up on any promises she made. Louisa said that Dr. Sautov, the director, wanted nothing to do with Oma Hamou, Hamou hadn't been seen in years (again her words) and that any letter from Oma Hamou was trashed unopened, any email was deleted unread, and her many faxes were dropped into the trash without even being looked at. Pretty much par for the course it seems.
Why is it that Oma Hamou Miss Thang now former Playah makes lots of claims but NEVER actually gives the details? Just askin is all.....
